Best Doctor for you

Who is the best doctor for you, this is a very confusing question and also meaningless. No one wants to go to doctor and even if situation arises then it will depend on the gravity of situation, that is family physician for normal problems and visit specialist for some serious issue. So, where the question arises of best doctor. Here I am sharing my experience when I realized best doctor is my body itself which can take care of my small health issue and also prevent illness attacking me so frequently.


It was around 2010 I developed a problem of severe headache (Sort of Migraine) and I needed to take two tablets of 'Disprin" dissolve in a glass of water which gave me a relief in 4-5 minutes. This problem used to occur in around once in a one and half month and I always kept Disprin tablets with me. In 2016-17, one day headache started in afternoon on holiday and that day I decided not to take Disprin, rather I decide to tolerate it as I had day off. I took a one-liter water bottle and start sipping water slowly in small sips (Later on I named it water therapy). It was a winter, so I needed to urinate very frequently. That day it took me around half an hour to get rid of that headache, but my dopamine levels were very high as I was able to beat my problem without the aid of any medicine. After that I experienced a wonderful thing next one year, the frequency of chronic problem of headache reduced drastically as it happened only 2-3 times next year and recovery time by water therapy also reduced significantly and I don't exactly remember now but the problem of severe headache did never occur after one and half years.

I have applied this therapy (Let my body take care of itself) to many other sicknesses like fever, cold, cough etc. This really works and when you let your body itself to treat, the frequency of such seasonal problems goes down. Further digging into this matter brought me very surprising outcomes. For example, the human body raises its temperature when it encounters the harmful bacteria, because normal bacteria can sustain in the higher temperature, but harmful ones get eliminated and your body comes to normal. According to doctors' fever, cold, cough etc. should be treated by rest and fasting and one should not suppress it even by natural home remedies, doctor should be consulted only if problem persist for 2-3 days. Most of the cases it gets cured by doing nothing resulting in strong immunity for future. 

Doctors on social media further elaborated that it's like a student who is studying some subject and his acquired knowledge is tested only by the exams and if he passes the exam with the help of cheating then he will never have a fundamental strength of this subject, similarly we take food every day and our body build strength by the nutrients supplied by meals. This strength is tested by hard times or exams like the fever, body ache, weakness, cough etc. due to viral during weather change or by other, if these hard times are bypassed by the help of medicine, then how the body will fight the bigger challenges that comes by various reasons mainly due to aging.
