Who is the best doctor for you, this is a very confusing question and also meaningless. No one wants to go to doctor and even if situation arises then it will depend on the gravity of situation, that is family physician for normal problems and visit specialist for some serious issue. Here I am sharing my experience when I realized best doctor is my body itself which can take care of my small health issue and also prevent illness attacking me so frequently.
